Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at 432-300-7157  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our office is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and on Fridays from 8am to 12pm.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and more. Please call our office to confirm if we accept your specific plan.

At this time, we are not contracted with Medicaid. This decision was not made lightly- our goal is to remain a small-relationship-focused practice where we can spend more time with each family without the limitations placed by certain insurance contracts. We truly value the trust families place in us and strive to provide transparent pricing and flexible self-pay options when needed.

Please bring your child's insurance card, any relevant medical records or immunization records, and a list of any current medications they are taking.

For scheduling appointments, the fastest way is to call or text our main office line during business hours.

For nursing questions, medication refills, and general medical advice, please use the patient portal to send a secure message. This helps ensure your message reaches the right team quickly and protects your child's health information.

We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule for well visits:

  • Newborn
  • 2 weeks
  • 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 months
  • 2 years
  • Yearly after age 3

Through our patient portal, you can securely access medical records, growth charts, and vaccination records anytime.

You can upload forms through the patient portal or drop them off at the office. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion. Some forms may require a recent well-child visit.

If your child requires labs or imaging, we'll coordinate referrals to trusted local facilities. Some basic tests (like strep or flu) may be performed in-office.

We currently provide care in English and Spanish. If you need assistance in another language, please let us know ahead of your visit, and we will do our best to accommodate.

While our office is not open after hours, we provide guidance on urgent concerns through our patient portal. For emergencies, please visit your nearest ER.
